Jig saw blades

Jigsaw blades designed for precise cutting of soft and hardwood, plywood, OSB, laminates, plastics, HPL, metals, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, aluminium, fiberglass, plasterboard, stainless steel and fibre cement panels. They are made of three distinct materials:
HCS (Carbon Steel): For cutting softwood, wood fiber panels, soft plastics.
BIM (Bimetal): For cutting hardwood, hard and abrasive materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The special alloy of carbon steel (HCS) and super high speed steel (HSS) is useful to meet the most diverse processing requirements. Flexible material that prevents breakage of the attachment and lasts longer than HCS and HSS. Excellent price/performance ratio.
HSS (Super Rapid Steel): For cutting harder materials such as metals, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
Geometry is important
Milled teeth, set cutting line: Saws with this type of geometry perform a fast and rough cut on soft and hard wood, aluminium, plastic and non-ferrous metals.
Milled teeth, corrugated cutting line: Saws suitable for fine and straight cutting on plywood, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastic.
Ground teeth, set cutting line: Saws suitable for quick cutting on wood.
Ground teeth, straight cutting line: Saws suitable for fine and clean cutting on wood and plastic.
