With our two-edged tools and a set of appropriate templates you can try your hand at the accurate production of components for cabinets, furniture, signs, toys or anything else your imagination suggests. These cutters, with long-lasting tungsten carbide coatings, have a guide pad above the cutting edge that allows you to position the template on the wood. You'll have an immediate view of what you're milling and can avoid making costly mistakes.
Safety recommendations: the router must be in perfect condition. The template must be securely attached to the wood in order to perform this type of work safely. When choosing the cutter, carefully consider the thickness of the template and all the implications of the cuts. Always opt for the shortest cutter possible.
Tips: many complicated shapes, which are normally produced with band saws or a scroll saw, can be easily and skillfully created with our template cutters. The cutting edge should be placed lower than the template to avoid damaging it.
We assemble art.911.120.11B and deliver it with the bearing already mounted.
The art.811.081.11B, 811.081.11A and 811.081.C have a bearing ø 12,7 slightly larger than the cutting diameter.
Art.822.222.11B has a 9,5mm fitting. It is supplied with bushing 799.001.00 to extend the attachment to 12,7mm.
