Innovative construction form for easier assembly and use, with enormous possibilities of use. In fact, the CMT adjustable rounding and chamfering set is composed of two pieces that can be easily inserted into the spindle moulder, allowing the creation of profiles on solid wood and boards (with or without coating). Five different knives can be applied to round off the top and bottom edges in a single pass, with radii of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6mm and 45° chamfering on pieces with a wide range of thicknesses, from 18mm to 50mm. The new construction shape with axial cutting guarantees perfect finishes!
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
-body made of special hard aluminum alloy with high tensile and bending strength;
-Pair of knives (A) HWM with 4mm radius and 45° bevel (20x20,5x2mm) [Z2];
-couple of knives (B) HWM with 4mm radius and 45° bevel (20x20,5x2mm) [Z2];
-2 reversible HWM knives (50x12x1,5mm):
-set of 21 spacer rings from 0.1mm to 3mm;
-tools for manual feed (MAN);
-Pins for automatic knife positioning.
Sold in a practical and sturdy plastic package.
Radius 4mm standard profile.
Radius 2mm, 3mm, 5mm and 6mm optional profiles.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS:
The use of the TW-006 torque screwdriver is recommended for tightening screws.
