The salient feature of this CMT cutterhead is its ability to produce an almost indestructible parallel joint without error. It is ideal for the production of large panels, doors and furniture parts. Place the cutter in the center of the wood. If it is fully centered, the vertical profiles of the top and bottom cuts will be at the same height. Now cut one half of each joint facing down and the other half facing up. This will produce harmonized opposing cuts that match perfectly so that you get flawless joints.
