899 - CMT kit for inlays

Creating the elegant effect of a handcrafted inlay is not as impossible as it might seem with the new CMT kit. The brass components are accompanied by a helical cutter or a straight cutter (to be purchased separately), with cutting diameters of 3 and 3.2mm and attachments of 6 and 6.35mm respectively. The interchangeable brass bushings and the project that you have developed and shaped will do the rest, just remove and reassemble the bushing to create the cavity on the workpiece and to obtain the inlay. The instruction booklet will show in detail all the steps of the procedure. The kit provides almost endless decorative possibilities, making it the ideal tool for making toys, puzzles and alphabet characters. The helical cutter is recommended for work on MDF, while the straight cutter is recommended for use on natural wood.
